Bikini.com knows you can’t wait for that delivery truck to pull up with all your new goodies. We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1- 2 days for order processing.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

For Priority Shipping delivery occurs in 2 to 4 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours, depending on when the order was placed. Priority delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. and APO/FPO addresses may take more than 4 business days.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY (POSTMATES)

Same Day Delivery is only available in the Las Vegas Nevada area. Delivery occurs the same day if placed by 12pm PST Monday through Friday - excluding holidays, pending product availability and credit card verification.

RUSH CONCIERGE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight Shipping is available for eligible in-stock merchandise. Delivery occurs the next business day, excluding holidays, if placed by 12pm PST Monday through Friday, pending availability and credit card verification. A signature may be required, and additional charges may occur if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service may not be eligible for some zip codes. If we are unable to deliver overnight to your zip code, your item will be sent out with Priority Shipping and we will refund you the difference in shipping cost. RUSH CONCIERGE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING - SATURDAY DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver overnight to your zip code, your item will be sent out with Priority Shipping and we will refund you the difference in shipping cost. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Who doesn’t love coming home to find a package waiting at our doorstep?! Of course, we never expect to find that the items we ordered do not fit or look that way we had hoped. Please see which items qualify for a return and / or exchange below. Please note: Bikini.com reserves the right to change or alter these policies without notice.

ITEMS THAT MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGE:

Full-priced Women’s Swimwear, Men’s Swimwear, and Kids Swimwear may be returned for a full refund and / or exchange, minus $9 shipping and handling, within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Full-priced items are items purchased at the original retail price listed on the site, prior to any sale or discount being applied. Items purchased on sale, with a discount or promotional code, or customer service issued gift card are not considered full-price and can only be returned/exchange as store credit.

All returns and exchanges must be sent back in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. The original hygiene adhesive liners must be in place. To ensure the best experience for all of our customers, there are no exceptions to this policy. We take our bikinis seriously. Our quality control team of bikini experts personally reviews and photographs each item before it heads your way. Upon receiving returns, our customer care team will match to our original photograph of the item to ensure the condition.

If you happen to receive a damaged item contact customerservice@bikini.com with a photo of the damaged item. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or return may not be approved.

ITEMS THAT ARE EXCHANGE ONLY:

Women’s Swimwear, Men’s Swimwear, and Kid’s Swimwear, Activewear, and Clothing (excluding intimates and footwear) purchased with a discount or promotional code, or customer service issued gift card can be exchanged for store credit only within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Store credit must be used within 60 days.

All exchanges must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached. The original hygiene adhesive liners must be in place. To ensure the best experience for all of our customers, there are no exceptions to this policy. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, accessories, jewelry, intimate apparel, beauty products, bags, towels, sunglasses, hats, home goods, pool inflatables, hosiery, yoga gear, and free gifts or promotional items at any time. These items are final sale.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

All returns and exchanges are processed in our Returns Center:

You may start a return or exchange by clicking the link above. All returns and exchanges must be authorized prior to be shipped back. If you return an item without authorization, using your own shipping label, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once your return or exchange is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. All products must be shipped within 10 days after return authorization using provided postage-paid US return shipping label. Please note there is a $9 Shipping and Handling fee charged on all refunds and exchanges. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment or a Bikini.com Store credit within 10-14 business days once we accept your return package.

No need to wait to shop! You will receive a voucher in the amount of your return (minus $9 shipping and handling fee) for you to be able to shop while your return is being processed. If the voucher is not used within the processing time, you will receive a store credited gift card for the same amount.

Once the customer care team has received your item they will match it against the original photograph to ensure the conditions. After the item has been been approved, you will receive your refund, typically within 48 hours. Return and exchange approval is at the discretion of our customer care team. Bikini.com reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns and exchanges will be shipped back to the customer.

BIKINI.COM TRY-ON GUIDE

Nobody wants to get their new items and have them not fit or look as expected. Just like relationships, sometimes things just don’t work out. We feel for you! That is why we want you to be aware of the ways in which you can keep your items in new condition should you want to return or exchange them.

  • We love you natural, babe. Please be conscious of any lotion, sunscreen, makeup, perfume, deodorant, and self tanner you may be wearing when trying on your new swimsuits and clothing. These products are prone to leaving marks on fabrics, which may cause your items not to be approved for return or exchange.

  • Do we even need to mention it? We love every inch of you, but please, do not remove swimwear hygienic adhesive liners unless you are certain you are keeping your new swimsuit. For the sake (and safety) of bikini-clad babes around the world, swimwear returned with liners removed will be considered used and the return or exchange will not be accepted, no exceptions.

  • It’s not you, it’s me. We carry brands from around the world and every brand is different. Fit and sizes can vary greatly. If an item seems too small, do not risk stretching the fabric or tearing seams. Contact our customer care team and we will happily exchange it for a new size. Beauty is pain, but your swimsuit shouldn’t be! When in doubt, size up.
