What is a final sale item?

Any swimwear, activewear, clothing, or footwear purchased on sale, using a discount or promo code, or with store credit are also final sale.

- How can I reach Customer Service?

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal. 

- Do you price match? will match an online competitor's non-clearance price within 7 days of your purchase, subject to the following restrictions:

  • We will match clearance prices only at our discretion.

  • A clearance price is considered 30% or more off the original price.

  • If an item is not in stock at another store, we are unable to match the price. Items must be in the same color and size as what is listed on

  • We are unable to price match stores that do not list or answer a contact phone number, do not list a business address or that list nearly all items as discontinued.

  • There may be exclusions to price matching on new arrivals and best sellers.

  • A limited number of vendors including, but not limited to, Acacia Swimwear, Frankies Bikinis, Boys And Arrows, etc. place additional restrictions on our ability to price match in-season merchandise. When price matching items for these brands, please call customer service at 1.866.843.2454 before ordering to see if we are able to price match your specific product.

  • We are unable to price match on wholesale quantities, (three or more of the same product).

  • We are unable to match prices from auction and outlet stores or websites.

  • We are unable to match other retailers' shipping offers or gift card offers. 

I received the Instant Return Voucher, but is isn’t the right amount for my refund.
We apologize for the confusion. The instant refund voucher is considered as a store credit that you may use while you initial return processes. You may use the instant refund voucher to shop while your items are being sent back to the inventory warehouse. Once your items have been returned to the warehouse, we will then cancel your voucher and send your refund back to the original method of payment you provided at the time of purchase.

- What time should I make my purchase by in order to be eligible for next day delivery?
In order to wear your new bikini tomorrow, please place your order before 12PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Next day orders placed before 12PM PST on Friday will arrive Monday. Overnight Saturday Delivery Shipping is available for eligible in-stock merchandise when placed by 12pm PST Friday, excluding holidays, pending availability and credit card verification. A signature may be required, and additional charges may occur if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service may not be eligible for some zip codes. If we are unable to deliver overnight to your zip code, your item will be sent out with Priority Shipping and we will refund you the difference in shipping cost. At this time, we are unable to ship overnight to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. and APO/FPO addresses.

- I am counting the days until I receive my new item! How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped out, you will be emailed a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your order as its coming. (Please note that some carriers take up to 12 hours to post the status of shipment on their website. If you don’t see your shipping confirmation please check your spam). 

I have received the incorrect item/size or damaged item.

- Do you have a rewards program?
Bikini Society Rewards is's loyalty rewards program. Bikini Society Rewards allows you to earn points for shopping, sharing and visiting; once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a discount on your purchase! You can create a rewards account simply by clicking the Log In or Sign Up button at the top left of any page.

- Do my Bikini Society Rewards points expire?
Yes, Bikini Society Rewards points do expire. Points expire one year after your last purchase date (just make one purchase each year to make sure you don't lose your point balance!).  

- I am purchasing a gift, do you gift wrap? Can I ship it straight to them?

Absolutely! At checkout we offer gift wrap for $5. You can also personalize a note that we will include inside the package. 

- I received an item from your shop as a gift. How can I exchange it?

Can I edit my order?


- I changed my mind/ordered the wrong size can I cancel my order?
There's no reason to stress! You can modify your order by contacting As long as your order has not been shipped, we will happily make adjustments to your order.

- I forgot to enter my promotional code when I placed my order. Is it too late to redeem it?
Not at all! Please email with your order number and the promotional code to redeem your offer. We will verify that the offer was valid at the time of purchase and then issue you the credit.

Does my yearly subscription auto-renew?
No. When purchasing one year subscription you will only be purchasing for one year. If you would like to renew your yearly subscription you may purchase online at

Cancellation & Return Policy
All The Wanderlust purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon initial signup for the yearly subscription, you will be billed for the full cost of a one (1) year subscription; sign up is for a term of 12 months and equal to four (4) boxes. Cancellations of one-year subscription or individual box purchases can be made by emailing within 24 hours of purchase.After 24 hours of purchase, the box will become FINAL SALE.
