Golden Globes 2016: Our Best Dressed List

Posted by Bikini Owner

Last night, along with much of the rest of America, we tuned in to watch the Golden Globes: the win for our fave Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (great!), Taraji P. Henson's big win (great!) and mean Leo's side-eye (ugh). Of course, though, we were really looking at the dresses. Magic happens when the fashion and entertainment industries spare no expense to show what they can do — which made for exquisite dresses, swoon-worthy jewelry, and a million Pinterest boards' worth of to-die-for hair and beauty ideas.

Fact: We hate using the word "flawless." However. JLo in Giambattista Valli: flawless.

Alicia Vikander's white Louis Vuitton was just one of several gorgeous gowns in the same color.

JLaw's red column reminded us of her red Calvin Klein from a million years ago.

Brie Larson in the night's other big color trend: gold, in Calvin Klein.

Saoirse Ronan (we'll always love her for Hanna) in YSL with the softest, most beautiful makeup, from Chanel.

The way Amber Heard's makeup matches her dress — the pink shadow, the red lips — is driving us insane. The only good example, in history, of matching clothes to cosmetics.
