Yoga Flow Playlist: De-Stress On The Beach

Everyone needs to de-stress now and then, and we can’t think of a better way to get our zen on than some yoga on the beach. So this Sunday, we’re taking our Brand Ambassadors out for a day of perfect relaxation and exercise, and we're having our favorite yoga instructor Jennifer Tamera show us how it's done. 

Jennifer created a special kind of yoga that's completely in line with the Bikini Girl lifestyle. Her Isagaya technique is all about getting in touch with your body by breathing through various postures in a flow movement. Of course all of that is practiced seaside. Burning calories and clearing our heads? Sounds too good to be true!

We'll be reporting back Monday. Until then, we’re going to mellow out with this playlist and prep for our marvelous day of bikinis and beach fun!
