Bikini Girl Recipe: Watermelon Mint Juice

Still recovering from your New Year’s Eve bash? It’s OK, we’ve all been there. But suffering from the side effects can really take a toll on your body. And who wants to start 2015 off like this? Surely no Bikini girl I know!

That’s why I’m sharing my cure-all juice recipe that you can whip up at home to kick your symptoms in the butt. Ingredients include a little tangy citrus to detox the whole body, mint to ease any nausea or bloating, and watermelons, which are not only delicious, but can help your kidneys process all the alcohol you've been consuming over the past week. You’ll kiss that hangover goodbye in no time! 

Don’t worry, if you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender. The only difference will be a thicker consistency. Just add a cup of water while blending.

What You Need

  • ¼ of a large watermelon, sliced
  • 1 peeled lime
  • 1 large handful of fresh mint

Directions

  • Once you have all of your ingredients, wash and cut everything up, and put them into your juicer or blender.
  • Once it’s blended together, pour the juice into a glass, add ice cubes if you desire, and drink up! You can thank me later.
