Get fit sitting?

If you're like us, you probably work at an office. Who doesn't love free lunches and the occasional (OK, daily) bagel. No judgment there. So being the resourceful Bikini Girls that we are, we found your new favorite workout. It's called Tangolates, and it can be done right from your chair. Seriously.

Tamara Di Tella, an expert hailing from Argentina in health and fitness, created a new wave of exercise that happens to be ideal for us sedentary folks. The mind-body workout was initially designed for people with movement restrictions, and now has gone mainstream. Let's be clear, there are studios dedicated to Tangolates (where people actually stand and do this), but for our purposes, we are focusing on the sitting version.

If you are seated at your desk, keep your feet apart and heels touching the floor. There are 10 basic Tango-inspired moves to choose from that don't require any movement of the torso. Instead, the method incorporates a lot of muscle contracting and stretching in order to activate blood circulation, burn calories, improve posture, tone legs and gluts, and most importantly, help flatten tummies (so we look great in our new bikinis). All that in 10 to 15 minutes, according to Di Tella. And you won't even break a sweat.
