Q: I travel a lot and can’t find the time to squeeze in a workout. How can I stay in shape?
 
A: The last thing you need while traveling is a cloud of guilt about an unusual workout schedule causing turbulence as you touch down in your destination city. Yes, ideally you’ll find time to get a full workout in, but sometimes it just doesn’t pan out (the 3 a.m. opening isn’t going to work).
